BULK CONDOM REQUEST

If your organization would like to request a bulk order of condoms, please complete our request form below. Once completed, you should receive a confirmation notice. If everything is in order, your request will be filled within five (5) business days and ready for pick up at our main office on the first floor of the Reitz Union.

NOTES: Each semester, your UF-affiliated organization can request up to 500 condoms. Excluding condoms, GatorWell does not provide health-related promotional items in bulk unless GatorWell is directly involved with the UF affiliated event and providing health education to UF students.

Bulk Condom Request

Bulk condom requests will be filled on a case-by-case basis. Once the request is received, you will be contacted by one of our Health Promotion Specialists. Please allow 2 business days to receive a confirmation email from us.
