Outreach Tabling Request

GatorWell is excited to provide health and wellness outreach tabling specific to any health topic we cover, or to market GatorWell services in general, at any University of Florida event. To ensure availability, we recommend requests be submitted at least 3-4 weeks in advance of your desired program date. GatorWell outreach tabling is only available for persons affiliated with the University of Florida. If you have problems with this form, please email gatorwell@ufsa.ufl.edu

Terms of agreement
The following are GatorWell policies for Outreach Tabling. All requestors must agree to the following:
- Requests must be made 3-4 weeks in advance of the event.
- Event sponsors are responsible for all advertising, permitting/room reservation, set-up, refreshments, and attendance.
- At least 50 people must be present at the event.

GatorWell facilitates presentations and workshops with the goal of effectively and efficiently providing education and skills tailored to requests received. Once a request is received, a Health Promotion Specialist will communicate and collaborate on a final product. Presentation sponsors are responsible for ensuring a minimum attendance of 10 people as well as advertising, room reservation, set-up, and refreshments.
