Practicing self-care and good sleep are important not only for your academic success but for your overall wellness. Join us to learn about self-care and sleep tips while enjoying the outdoors and hammocking! During this workshop you will be provided a new hammock, instructions for set up, and time to learn and practice several self-care strategies via a live zoom workshop. Plan to spend 1:00- 2:30 pm on Jan. 13th with us under the trees.
