Koru Mindfulness Basic Course

Are you looking for ways to reduce anxiety and manage stress? Learn a variety of skills that will help focus your mind by registering for our virtual Koru Mindfulness course.

Summer B Koru Mindfulness Offerings:
Wednesdays 3:30-4:45 p.m. starting July 15 and ending August 5th

A Mindful Moment

Mindful Moments are designed for students who are interested in exploring meditation and mindfulness. These sessions are meant to be conversational and experiential. Participants will be able to ask about mindfulness and meditation and if desired, participate in a mindfulness strategy of their choice like belly breathing, walking meditation or guided imagery. Resources for mindfulness will also be discussed. They are typically 15-20 minutes long and will take place between 11:30am-12pm and on June 1 and June 8. No appointment is needed.

Mindfulness Workshop-Belly Breathing and Guided Imagery

Join us for a brief Mindfulness Workshop to help you recenter and de-stress before the end of Summer A. The workshop will be from 2-2:45pm on June 9th. During the workshop you will be introduced to mindfulness, learn some of the potential benefits of practicing mindfulness and then we will practice belly breathing and guided imagery.
