What is mindfulness?

Mindfulness is about paying attention to your present moment experience with a sense of curiosity and non-judgement. It encourages us to live in the moment instead of worrying about the future or the past.

It has the potential to help us reduce assumptions and judgments about our experience and bring light to our thoughts and emotions.
