College life can present unique challenges when it comes to eating well and staying active. While juggling a packed schedule, it may seem like cutting out exercise or skipping a meal will free up some much needed time. Eating on the run can make choosing balanced meals and nutrient-rich foods more difficult.  And, social events often involve food - particularly higher calorie snacks and sweets.
